Exxel Objects was contracted directly by the developer on an EPCC (Engineer, Procure, Construct,Commission) basis for the complete design, engineering, supply, logistics, installation, assembly,commissioning and handover of two 50 MVA transformers on the customers energy center.

Given the critical path nature of the scope, Exxel Objects was able to procure and install these transformers within 10 months. We achieved this through our relationships with a number of our partner transformer manufacturers where we purchased a number of manufacturing slots on behalf of our customers to enable them and us to guarantee shorter lead times than our competitors. It also involved proactive management of the assembly and commissioning stages to ensure the works were coordinated with all other site activities and carried out safely.
